Punched & Louvered Solutions

As a result of continued investment in the latest manufacturing technology, M & G Olympic Products has set up a dedicated sheet metal punching section and is now able to offer a wide range of competitively priced perforated plates.

We can therefore provide bespoke punched or louvered solutions for a variety of applications. In architecture these vary from simple brackets through infill panels for walkways, balustrades and stairways, to decorative roof panels and fabrications for street furniture.

With applications in engineering products such as guards, screens, filters, electrical enclosures and ventilators, this service will also be of interest to OEMs in defence, transport, leisure and construction industries.

Reduced set-up and changeover times mean that we can supply panels as one-offs or in batches delivered to agreed schedules all at highly competitive prices. Panels up to 1270mm X 4000mm can be supplied with punching accuracy of +/- 0.5mm. These can be mild steel and aluminium up to 6.5mm thick and stainless steel up to 4.0mm thick. All work is computer nested for maximum economy.

Our established design team and experienced work force mean that we can, if required, also offer customers a complete range of CAD/CAM, manufacturing, fabricating and finishing services – a true one-stop shop capability.
