CRAMLINGTON JUNIOR LEARNING VILLAGE, HIGHBURN CONTRACTOR: GB BUILDING SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT: SPACEWORKS A large extension providing campus-style modern teaching accommodation centred around four modern flexible teaching blocks linked by a covered communal street for the pupils and the local community. Constraints of delivering the project within tight deadlines and whilst the school facility was operational were met and overcome. M & G Olympic products provided 2 no primer painted mild steel three-flight stairs with half landing, mid-landing and support column under half landings.. Stairs with flat bar stringers, closed risers, tray-type treads & landings (with infill finishes by others) stainless steel leg balustrade to ground floor, polyester powder coated glass infill balustrade to stairs & first floor void, stainless steel top rail & wall rail.
